Overview & Responsibilities
Supports and assists with the planning and administration of multiple projects including timelines, budget tracking, and reporting analysis required for successful and timely completion of projects. Handles project administrative functions e.g. scheduling meetings; compiling and distributing meeting notes; coordinating images and content for applications and presentations; preparing meeting materials and responding to field inquiries.The position will have frequent contact with Field staff and other departments in the Company such as Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Pricing and Information Technology.
90% Program Administration
Helps follow up on items on project plans to ensure tasks and milestones are completed on schedule
Assists in the development of presentations and resource materials to support the rollout of products to our field locations
Coordinates the collection, formatting and organization of product image library and descriptions
Collects and interprets survey data to place necessary equipment orders for locations
Provides back-up support on the email support inbox to respond to field inquiries in a timely manner
Tracks project costs, including assisting with coding expenses to appropriate CEAs
Supports the creation of point of purchase materials by providing high resolution images and descriptions that are consistent with brand standards and business requirements
Assists with the compiling content needed for the development of program materials to enhance program performance
Establishes and maintains ongoing relationships with partners and stakeholders to facilitate execution of assigned deliverables
10% Data Analysis
- Queries, monitors and reports participation and vendor agreement status.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of project and administrative experience.
