SCI Shared Resources LLC Corporate - Compensation and Benefits Delivery Systems Specialist in Houston, Texas

Overview & Responsibilities

Provides technical support to the team responsible for Compensation and Benefits. Coordinates and facilitates design, analysis and testing for Compensation and Benefits programs configured through Workday. Assists in the formulation of procedures and best practices for users.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

100% Compensation and Benefits Workday Support and Improvement

  • Complete Workday production configuration updates related to Compensation and Benefits programs (examples include creating job profiles, minimum wage

updates, benefit rate updates, system file loads)

  • Work with both internal and external teams on compensation and benefit program improvements

  • Research, resolve or escalate level 1 compensation and benefits technical issues

  • Coordinate or complete system testing on compensation and benefits configuration changes

  • Complete administrative corrections (example: hire date corrections) as assigned within scope of responsibilities

  • Support Compensation and Benefits management team with projects as assigned

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma (some college or a degree is preferred)

Experience:

  • 2+ years demonstrable experience with systems set up and/or configuration

o Workday experience highly desirable

o HRIS experience is a good example of relevant experience

  • Experience in Human Resources (particularly in Compensation and Benefits) desirable

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Demonstrated organization, time management, problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Demonstrated commitment to exceptional professionalism, confidentiality and service to our Associates
