Overview & Responsibilities

Responsible for providing support to a variety of travel/hospitality programs with a high level of customer service, manage documentation and vendor performance analysis, build and maintain relationships, research and develop plans to meet business needs, deliver detailed communication.


  • Deliver support of logistical aspects for internal programs

  • Develops plans that are tied to business goals and objectives

  • Understand financial planning and statements

  • Maintains key activities and reports on strategic vendors

  • Analyzes historical trends, keep current on innovation, trends and enhancements

  • Provides management with information necessary to make informed decisions in a timely manner

  • Follows established protocols / methodology

  • Maintain an organized workplace and assist others when needed

Requirements & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Project Management, or a related discipline (not required but beneficial)

  • Five (5) years professional experience in travel, hospitality, catering or meeting planning

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills

  • Detail oriented with good time management skills

  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Understanding of key financial and business principles

  • Exhibit positive behavior both internally and externally

  • Extensive experience with Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Knowledge of Access or Coupa

  • Ability to communicate and build relationships with associates at all levels of the organization

  • Proven ability to work both independently and within a team environment

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
