Overview & Responsibilities
Responsible for providing support to a variety of travel/hospitality programs with a high level of customer service, manage documentation and vendor performance analysis, build and maintain relationships, research and develop plans to meet business needs, deliver detailed communication.
Deliver support of logistical aspects for internal programs
Develops plans that are tied to business goals and objectives
Understand financial planning and statements
Maintains key activities and reports on strategic vendors
Analyzes historical trends, keep current on innovation, trends and enhancements
Provides management with information necessary to make informed decisions in a timely manner
Follows established protocols / methodology
Maintain an organized workplace and assist others when needed
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Project Management, or a related discipline (not required but beneficial)
Five (5) years professional experience in travel, hospitality, catering or meeting planning
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Detail oriented with good time management skills
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
Understanding of key financial and business principles
Exhibit positive behavior both internally and externally
Extensive experience with Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Word
Knowledge of Access or Coupa
Ability to communicate and build relationships with associates at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
