General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

This position reports to the Location Manager. The successful candidate must be a team player, with positive attitude, required competences include customer focus and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Assist the Location Manager with first calls, phone messages, etc.

  • Acting as primary support to the Service team.

  • Interfacing with families and assisting in providing support.

  • Coordination of lead assignment with direction from the Sales Manager.

  • Creating and maintaining Service contract files.

  • Maintain a neat and orderly office environment.

  • Monitor inventory level of printed materials and office supplies.

  • Obtaining and processing all incoming mail, and preparing daily outgoing mail.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to listen, understand and communicate solutions to customer issues.

  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.

  • Skillfully gather, analyzes and trends data.

  • Creating Customer files.

Education:

  • High school of equivalent.

  • Excellent computer skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.
