Overview & Responsibilities
Making Everlasting Memories (MeM) develops creative software solutions to enhance the way people celebrate and memorialize lives lived. With our suite of web based applications, users are able to create DVD movies, memorial websites, printable service items, bound story books and many other keepsakes.
We are currently seeking someone to help support our vast user base as a Product Specialist. This temp-to-hire position requires someone tech-savvy, personable and instinctively customer focused. The ability to speak fluent Spanish would be a plus.
With MeM, you'll have the opportunity to gain experience in customer service, corporate training, software testing and much more, making a lasting impact on your own career. New employees join a supportive group of other Product Specialists who strive to exceed expectations with each customer interaction.
Becoming a know-it-all of the ins and outs of our suite of applications
Responding to customer inquiries via e-mail and telephone
Troubleshooting technical and equipment related issues
Testing and championing new developments, products, features, initiatives, etc.
Creating support material such as instructional documents and training videos
Other duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
Successful candidates typically have:
Passion for creating positive customer experiences
Creative problem solving skills
Familiarity with the latest common technology applications and equipment, experience with Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent software preferred
Ability to wear many “hats” while managing multiple tasks with varying priorities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
Bilingual in Spanish preferred, not required
